প্রাথমিক এবং উচ্চ প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগে একের পর এক দুর্দান্ত খবর। আজ হাইকোর্ট ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বিচারপতি অভিযোগ গঙ্গোপাধ্যায় যে রায় দিয়েছিলেন প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকের পার্শ্ব শিক্ষক অর্থাৎ প্যারা টিচাররাও সুযোগ পাবে।
প্রাথমিক নিয়োগে এ নিয়ে একটি কেশ করা হয়েছিল। হাইকোর্টে আজ হলো সে কিসের শুনানি একই ডিভিশন বেঞ্চ অর্থাৎ সৌমেন সেনের ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে। আপার প্রাইমারি ক্ষেত্রে যেমন আগামী সাত দিনের মধ্যেই লিস্ট প্রকাশিত করতে হবে, সাথে সাথে উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের কোন পার্শ্ব শিক্ষক প্রাইমারি শিক্ষক নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন না বলে রায় প্রদান করলেন।
গত বছর সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে একটি প্রাথমিক নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ার বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি হয়েছিল যার পরীক্ষা এবং তার ফল প্রকাশ কিছুদিন আগেই শেষ হয়েছে। এক্ষেত্রে উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের প্যারা টিচারদের বিএড পাশেদের মতোই দুঃসংবাদ। তারা আর কোনোভাবেই যোগ্য নয় আগামী প্রাইমারি শিক্ষক নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়াতে।
অর্থাৎ কোন উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পার্শ্ব শিক্ষক বা প্যারাটিচার যদি গত টেটে যদি পাস ও হয়ে থাকে, তবে আর কোন মূল্য থাকলো না। তবে এতে করে ডিএড পাস চাকরি প্রার্থীদের পরিসর অনেকটাই বিস্তর হল।
তবে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগের যে প্যারা টিচার কোটা রয়েছে, সেখানে শুধুমাত্র প্রাইমারির প্যারা টিচার রাই সুযোগ পাবে। প্রাইমারি ছাড়া উচ্চ প্রাথমিকের প্যারা টিচাররা কোনোভাবেই তার যোগ্য আর থাকলো না।
