দীর্ঘ প্রতীক্ষার পর আজ বুধবার আদালতের রায়ের দিকে নজর চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের । আর যে শুনানির দিকে তাকিয়ে রয়েছিলেন, উচ্চ প্রাথমিকের চাকরি প্রার্থীরা প্রশ্ন ছিল আদালত কি স্কুল সার্ভিস কমিশন বা এসএসসি কে মেধা তালিকা প্রকাশের অনুমতি দেবে? না আবার পিছে যাবে শুনানি।
আপার প্রাইমারির পরীক্ষাও হয়ে গেছে অনেকদিন আগেই এবং Empanelled /Waiting Listed লিস্ট প্রার্থীদের নাম প্রকাশ করা করেনি পর্ষদ। তাই চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের বাটি হাতে রাস্তায় আন্দোলন করতেও দেখা গিয়েছিল।
এর আগেও কয়েকটি তারিখে হাইকোর্টে রায় প্রদানের কথা ছিল কিন্তু বারংবার রায়ের তারিখ পিছিয়ে যাচ্ছিল। আজ বুধবার হাইকোর্টে বিচারপতি সৌমেন সেনের সিঙ্গেল বেঞ্চে আপার প্রাইমারির জন্য দুর্দান্ত রায় দিয়েছেন পর্ষদ কে। নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে আগামী সাত দিনের মধ্যেই আপার প্রাইমারির Empanelled /Waiting Listed প্রার্থীদের লিস্ট প্রকাশ করে অবিলম্বে নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করতে হবে। 15 দিনের মধ্যে মামলা পুনরায় শুনানির জন্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে।
আদালতের এমন রায়ের হাসি ফুটেছে অনেক অপেক্ষারত আপার প্রাইমারিতে চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের মুখে।

It has been directed to publish the list of Empanelled / Waiting Listed candidates of Upper Primary within the next seven days and start the recruitment process.
